The product itself works just fine and functions the same as any other charger. The only catch is that when the charger is plugged into the wall but not plugged into a phone it emits a high-pitched sound that is quite irritating. If you’re older you might not be able to hear it, but for younger people it is definitely annoying.

As reported in other reviews, device locks while charging. Other chargers do not cause problem for me.

The charger does charge the Incredible just fine. However, when plugged in and charging the screen becomes “locked up”. You can’t interact with anything. Go with a different charger.
